Meet Our Director
Responsible for managing and orchestrating the daily operation, family scholarships, employment; HR, interviewing, hiring, corrective action, termination, payroll hours, staff shifts and schedules, and family scheduling.
Laura Graham (she/her)
My passion for teaching led me to early childhood education where I value each child's individuality. As educators, we have a responsibility to honor and respect children. With over 20 years of experience in this field, I am proud to own my own preschool and promote values of kindness and inclusivity. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and reading, and strive to continue learning and growing.

Meet Our Education Coordinator
Will oversee teaching staff with the site director, providing training, curriculum support, and behavior management. While supporting classrooms in maintaining the school philosophy. An education coordinator may substitute for the director(s) when absent.
Delanie Nestor (she/her)
I have been working with children for 10 years. I started volunteering at Driftwood Elementary School in 2015 and became the before/aftercare teacher for the kindergarten group, while studying at Broward College for Early Childhood Education. I moved to Oregon in 2017 and finished my education at PCC for Early Childhood Education. I worked in before/aftercare in Bethany for 3 years, then moved to being a Montessori infant/toddler guide from 2020-2022 and moved to being a Waldorf teacher from 2022-2023. I graduated with my degree in Early Childhood Education with a Reggio Emilia Curriculum focus in June 2021. I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have been living in Oregon since 2017. I live with my boyfriend Alexander and my bluetick coonhound Potato. In my free time I spend time with friends and family, visit my mom, read, and I love all kinds of music and television!
